Real Relief From PCOS Starts With Treating the Root Cause

PCOS is more than a reproductive issue. At iRenewHealth, we take a whole-body approach to restore hormone balance, improve metabolism, and help you feel better for good.

Rethinking PCOS: The Real Root of the Problem

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is the most common reproductive disorder in women. But calling it a “reproductive issue” misses the mark, and leaves millions of women underserved, misdiagnosed, or flat-out dismissed.

While the ovaries are affected, PCOS is primarily an endocrine disorder. The true drivers often begin in the brain and affect multiple body systems, including:

  • Insulin resistance

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Chronic inflammation

  • Autoimmune activity

  • Genetic predisposition

This is why PCOS can’t be treated with a one-size-fits-all prescription—and why so many women continue to struggle despite trying everything.

Our Approach to PCOS Treatment: Functional, Personalized, Science-Based

At iRenewHealth, we use advanced diagnostic testing and root-cause functional medicine to uncover the full picture of your health. Your personalized plan may include:

  • Comprehensive hormone testing (LH, FSH, testosterone, progesterone, DHEA)

  • Insulin sensitivity and metabolic panels

  • Bioidentical hormone therapy when clinically indicated

  • Nutrition and supplement guidance for inflammation and hormone support

  • Lifestyle, sleep, and stress strategies tailored to your needs

We don’t guess. And we don’t treat symptoms in isolation. We treat you.

Common PCOS Symptoms We Address

Whether you’ve been diagnosed or are just starting to question your symptoms, our approach helps address:

✅ Irregular or heavy periods
✅ Infertility or anovulation
✅ Hormonal acne and skin issues
✅ Weight gain or trouble losing weight

Did You Know?

  • PCOS may involve autoimmune activity, including thyroid antibodies (like in Hashimoto’s).

  • Many women with PCOS have normal-weight or “lean” PCOS, making diagnosis easy to miss.

  • PCOS can begin in infancy and present after puberty—long before you’re trying to conceive.

  • Treating PCOS early and systemically can reduce your risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and endometrial cancer.
