Billing

What is your billing practice?

Our billing practice is personalized, focusing on individual healthcare needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. We are an out-of-network provider so that we can provide thorough care tailored to your needs, which often requires more time and varied treatment options than what insurance constraints allow.

If you have a PPO plan, your medical insurance may reimburse a significant portion of your visit costs. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your medical insurance for reimbursement. With an HMO plan, your visits may not be covered, but your medical insurance might cover some or all of your laboratory (lab) work expenses.

Medical insurance policies now often require meeting deductibles before covering any lab costs, often requiring full payment until deductibles are met. To help manage expenses, we have negotiated lower lab prices to ease these costs for our patients and offer substantial savings on lab work costs for self-pay patients.

To understand what your medical insurance covers, contact them and inquire about your coverage for out-of-network medical providers and lab work costs. Depending on their reimbursement rates, our discounted lab program may provide you with significant savings.

Do you accept insurance?

For your appointments, please note that we are an out-of-network provider. This decision allows us more flexibility in providing thorough care tailored to your needs, which often requires more time and varied treatment options than what insurance constraints allow.
